TAPNPAY+ TERMS OF USE & MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

The Service is available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. By creating an account or making a purchase, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your information is accurate. IAM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you allow others, including minors, to access your account, you remain responsible for resulting transactions.
Certain memberships renew automatically on an annual basis. By purchasing a membership, you authorize IAM to renew your membership at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time prior to renewal through your account settings or by contacting support. IAM complies with applicable automatic renewal laws.
By providing a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it and authorize IAM and its processors to charge applicable fees. You agree to pay all taxes and charges associated with your purchases.
Purchases of memberships, digital products, credits, rewards, and gift cards are generally final and non-refundable once processed, except where required by law. If you believe a billing error occurred, please contact support promptly.
Your use of the Service is governed by IAM's Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected and used.
IAM provides a technology platform facilitating memberships and digital transactions. IAM is not a bank, financial institution, investment advisor, or fiduciary. Users participating in Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) programs are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and institutional rules.
All software, branding, and content associated with the Service are owned by IntrActvMrktg, LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
IAM's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to IAM during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify IAM for claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
IAM is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service disruptions.
IAM may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights without IAM's consent.
By clicking "I Agree," you consent to electronic records and signatures in accordance with applicable law, including the U.S. ESIGN Act.
Most disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in class actions. You may opt out of arbitration within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Key provisions survive termination.
IAM may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
